We provide Individualized need based ongoing residential support with training or rehabilitation to persons with intellectual/neurodevelopmental disability, challenging behaviors & Traumatic Brain Injury in a Community Residential setting (CRS) in place of institutions or nursing homes and hospitals. Our services are designed to maintain or improve physical, intellectual, emotional, and social function.

Mental Health Care/Complex needs & Challenging Behaviors
We provide well designed positive support & crisis respite services to manage challenging behaviors, depression and anxiety. Our mental health services target individuals including People who are neuro-divergent, those experiencing Co-occurring aging, disability and/or mental health concerns, People with dementia /memory loss & People with traumatic brain injury (TBI).
WE ARE FAMILY HELPING FAMILY
Non-emergency medical transportation (NEMT)
A wheelchair accessible transportation service for people who, because of a physical or mental disability, are unable to use a common carrier and do not require an ambulance. We offer reliable and on-time non-emergency medical transportation to help individuals get to important medical appointments, therapies, and other community services.
Our professional drivers focus on safety and comfort, ensuring an easy and stress-free ride. Please note, this service is not billed extra for those living in our residential homes.
