Position Summary

As a CNA, you will play a vital role in helping our clients remain safe, independent, and cared for in their own homes. You’ll provide hands-on personal care and companionship tailored to each individual’s needs, making a real difference every day.

Key Responsibilities

Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
Support mobility, transfers, and ambulation
Monitor and report any changes in client condition
Prepare meals and assist with feeding
Perform light housekeeping and laundry
Offer companionship and emotional support
Follow individualized care plans and document services provided
Travel between client homes (mileage reimbursed)

Requirements

Active CNA license in the State of Minnesota
Negative TB test
Proof of COVID-19 vaccination
Immunization records (including Hepatitis B)
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Ability to pass a background check
